It tells you the free spaces in each class, how full they were in the weeks before and who usually comes.
It shows you the list of classes it's about to change. Nothing changes until you say yes.
It builds it on your website and shows it to you inside the conversation. It stays a draft until you publish it.
What it sees and what it does
Each person on the team connects with their own account and has the same permissions as in Orlo. If a trainer can't see billing in the dashboard, they can't see it from ChatGPT either.
A change that touches several things is shown to you first, and only made on your yes. Orlo enforces that; it doesn't rely on the AI remembering.
No refunds, no charges, no plan changes, and it deletes nothing. Those are still done in Orlo.
Every change goes into the history with who asked for it and that it came from Claude or ChatGPT. Take a permission away and access stops at the next question.
In Orlo, go to Settings → Integrations and copy your gym's address. Then:
Orlo asks you to sign in and allow access. It takes two minutes, and each person on the team does it once with their own account.
Only what it asks for to answer you, and only what you can see in your dashboard: each client's name with their Orlo id, their bookings and attendance, their membership and payments, their training and what they have answered in your surveys. If you ask it about your website, it can also look at photos from its media library, which may show your clients.
A client's email address, phone number, health questionnaire answers and answers in the Injuries & health section are never sent. There is no setting that switches them on.
If a training note mentions an injury or anything medical, tick 'Sensitive' on the note and it stays in Orlo.
What Claude or ChatGPT reads from Orlo goes to your own Claude or ChatGPT account, under the terms you have with them rather than Orlo's. Under GDPR your gym is responsible for that data. So when you connect, Orlo asks you to confirm you know that, and records who confirmed it and when.
Use a business plan that comes with a data processing agreement. A personal plan isn't enough, even with model training switched off.
Orlo never sees the conversation: it only receives the lookups Claude or ChatGPT make, and for each one it records which tool was used and when. Your conversations are kept in your Claude or ChatGPT account, not in Orlo. How long they're kept is yours to set there, and your business plan's data processing agreement covers them.
